KPX has held many international conferences including SICEM(Seoul International Conference on Electricity Market). KPX began holding SICEM in 2005. The 10th SICEM Conference entitled 'Pending issue and future direction of demand-centered electricity market' in November 2014, was attended by a total of 399 participants.
KPX also held the annual general meeting of the World Association of Power Exchanges(APEX) participated by 26 countries from around the world in South Korea in 2006 and the annual meeting of Very Large Power Grid Operators(VLPGO) in 2011, becoming a world-respected institution.
