KPX has held many international conferences including SICEM(Seoul International Conference on Electricity Market). KPX has been hosting SICEM annually since 2005. The 20th SICEM Conference, entitled 'Transition and challenges Towards a Carbon-Free Electricity Market', was attended by a total of about 400 participants in December 2024.
KPX also held the annual general meeting of the World Association of Power Exchanges(APEx) participated by 26 countries from around the world in South Korea in 2006 and the annual meeting of Very Large Power Grid Operators(VLPGO) in 2011. KPX was appointed as the GO15(formerly known as VLPGO) chair for 2025, becoming a world-respected institution.
